The below guide will walk you through the steps to connect your bank account to your Cratejoy seller portal to get paid for orders from the Cratejoy Marketplace.


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to your seller portal and navigate to the Account Menu
Step 2: Select the "Configure Cratejoy Payments with Stripe"
Step 3: Input your email address and phone number used on your Cratejoy Seller account
Step 4: Verify your personal details that were populated
Step 5: Link a bank account or debit card
Step 6: Review all information for accuracy and submit

Step 1: Log in to your seller portal and navigate to the Account Menu

For any sellers who have not yet connected your bank account, you will see the option to "Connect Bank Account."
If you already have linked an account and you wish to modify your banking details, you will instead see "Manage Bank Account."

Step 2: Select the “Configure Cratejoy Payments with Stripe” 

*Note - If you are unable to work with Stripe due to a restricted business category, please contact us for assistance.


Step 3: Input your email address and phone number used on your Cratejoy seller account 

This must be a valid phone number and email, as you will receive a verification code to continue.


Input the verification code you received to the phone number inputted previously.

If you already have a Stripe account linked to the email address you enter, then you will be prompted for a password instead of a phone number before continuing to the next step.

Step 4: Verify your personal details that were populated

It's necessary to verify that all of your personal details are correct, as these are required for payment.



Step 5: Link a bank account or debit card

If you run into issues with your bank while linking your bank account or debit card, first try to input your bank account information manually. If you are unsuccessful with manually inputting your bank account information, please go to support.cratejoy.com for assistance.



Step 6: Review all input information for accuracy and submit

After submission, you will be redirected back to your Cratejoy Account > Manage Bank Account page.


CONGRATS! You have successfully linked a bank account to your Cratejoy account. 

On this new Manage Bank Account screen, you will be able to view all pending and past payouts linked to your marketplace orders, as well as being able to view and edit your banking details using the pencil icon in the top right corner.
