Cratejoy’s Offsite Ads program promotes eligible Marketplace listings through paid search, paid social, affiliate, and publishing channels. Listings are automatically enrolled, and a seller fee applies only when an eligible Offsite Ad is attributed to an order.
Keep your listing title, description, photos, shipping information, coupons, and offers accurate so ads reflect the current product. Review the Marketplace listing guidelines.
Where Can Offsite Ads Appear?
Cratejoy may promote listings through search engines, social platforms, affiliate partners, and publisher placements. Placement is not guaranteed for every listing or channel.

What Will I Be Charged?
The current default Offsite Ads rate is 6% for both month-to-month and prepay orders. Account-specific rate overrides can apply, so the fee recorded on the order is the source of truth for that sale.
- The fee applies only when an eligible Offsite Ad is attributed to the order.
- The fee does not apply to renewal orders.
- The fee is deducted when the attributed order is processed.
How Does Attribution Work?
If a buyer clicks an eligible Offsite Ad and purchases within the attribution window, the order can receive an Offsite Ads fee. If the buyer places more than one eligible purchase during that window, each attributed purchase can receive the fee.
Where Can I Review the Charges?
Open Analytics → Offsite Ads in the Merchant Portal to review attributed activity. You can also find the charged amount in the Offsite Ads Fee column of the All Transactions export.
Can I Opt Out?
No. Eligible Marketplace listings are automatically enrolled in Offsite Ads.
