If you forgot to apply a coupon at checkout on Cratejoy.com, there are a couple of ways to get it retroactively applied.

Please keep in mind that the coupon must have been valid at the time of your purchase and must apply to the product you purchased. Coupons can only be applied to orders from participating sellers.

1. If it has been less than 24 hours since placing your order, Cratejoy Support can retroactively apply your coupon for you in the form of a partial refund.
2. Due to our Terms of Service, If it has been more than 24 hours since placing your order, you will need to Contact the Seller for consideration for a partial refund.
