The All Transactions export combines order, tax, payment, fee, refund, and Marketplace-attribution details in one CSV file.

Currency format: Currency values are stored in the smallest unit used by the account currency. For example, 1999 represents $19.99 USD, while 199 represents ¥199 JPY.

Current Columns

  1. Customer Name: The customer’s name.
  2. Order ID: The unique Cratejoy order ID.
  3. Order Date: The date the order was placed.
  4. Total Tax: Tax recorded for the order.
  5. Total Price: Product total after discounts.
  6. Total Refunded: The amount refunded to date.
  7. Total Shipping: Shipping charged on the order.
  8. County Desc.: The county tax jurisdiction, when available.
  9. County Total: County tax collected.
  10. City Desc.: The city tax jurisdiction, when available.
  11. City Total: City tax collected.
  12. State Desc.: The state tax jurisdiction, when available.
  13. State Total: State tax collected.
  14. Municipal Desc.: The municipal tax jurisdiction, when available.
  15. Municipal Total: Municipal tax collected.
  16. Email: The customer email associated with the store.
  17. Order Status: The current order status.
  18. Financial Status: Paid, partially refunded, refunded, voided, or another recorded financial state.
  19. Fulfillment Status: The order’s fulfillment state.
  20. Products: Products included in the order.
  21. Note: The order note, when present.
  22. Total: The total charged for the order.
  23. Coupon: Coupon codes applied to the order.
  24. Gift: Whether the order was marked as a gift.
  25. Gift Message: The gift message, when present.
  26. Referrer: The referring customer ID when the referral program applies.
  27. Member Only: Whether a Members Pricing rule applied.
  28. Transaction Fee: The percentage-based platform transaction fee.
  29. Payment Processor: The processor used for the transaction.
  30. Marketplace: Whether the subscription originated through the Cratejoy Marketplace.
  31. Discount: The discount applied to the order.
  32. Refund Date: The most recent refund date, when applicable.
  33. Referral Fee: The Marketplace referral fee.
  34. Payment Processing Fee: The Cratejoy Payments processing fee.
  35. Flat Rate Fee: The flat portion of the transaction fee.
  36. Currency Conversion Fee: The currency-conversion fee, when applicable.
  37. Credit Applied: Cratejoy seller credit applied to eligible fees.
  38. Your Payment: The calculated seller payment after applicable fees.
  39. Offsite Ads Fee: The Offsite Ads fee, when the order was attributed to an eligible ad source.
  40. Renewal: Whether the order is a renewal.

If marketing opt-in collection is enabled for the store, the export also includes Accepts Marketing.

Download the Export

  1. Open Analytics → General in the Merchant Portal.
  2. Open General Analytics by Month.

  1. Select Export, then choose All Transactions.

The downloaded CSV header is the source of truth for your account. Optional columns can vary when account features are enabled.
